EQUIPMENT: Cybex Modular Resistance - Full Circuit, Free Weights (Dumbells: 2.5 lbs. to 60 lbs), flat bench, incline bench, 2 treadmills, 2 stairmasters, 1 rower, 1 recumbent cycle, 1 stationary bike, 1 lower back extension station and 1 chin up station.
FACILITIES: Aerobics room with aerobic flooring, weight room with cybex equipment, free weights and cardiovascular equipment, and men's and women's locker room.
LOCKERS: Available at $48.00 for a year of rental or $30.00 for a half a year.
