SUMMARY:Fitness Fridays at the Farmers Market
DESCRIPTION:Join the ESRA Fitness Center for a FREE Fitness Class at the Farmers Market on Friday\, June 22nd from 12:00pm to 12:30pm! The class will be held on the lawn of the USDA Whitten Building\, next to the Farmers Market parking lot (Corner of 12th Street and Jefferson Drive\, SW DC).  The class will be taught by ESRA instructor Steve\, who is energetic and encouraging! The class will focus on strength training using resistance bands.  This is a great class to learn how to exercise away from the gym… take the bands on vacation\, in your home\, in your office\, or anywhere for a GREAT workout.
