Rite Aid Flu Shot Clinic – South Building

Rite Aid will be administering FREE flu shots and other vaccinations to USDA Employees, contractors and their family members in the South Building Cafeteria, Room 3 on the following dates:

Oct: 4th, 5th, 18th & 19th

The clinic is from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Flu shots are free with qualifying insurance.  You must bring your insurance card with you. Accepted insurance providers include: Aetna, United Healthcare, CareFirst, BCBS Federal, Cigna and Tricare.
