Rite Aid Flu Shot Clinic – South Building

Rite Aid Flyer _ All Locations

Rite Aid will be administering FREE flu shots and other vaccinations to USDA employees, contractors and their families in the South Building Cafeteria, Room 3 on the following dates: October 18th & 19th. The clinic is from 8:00am to 2:00pm and you must bring your insurance card with you.

Flu shots are free with the following insurance providers: Aetna, United Healthcare, CareFirst, BCBS Federal, Cigna and Tricare. For more information please contact ESRA at 202-720-3772 or [email protected]

If you cannot attend a clinic at the listed locations, please use the attached Voucher at your local Rite Aid location.
